LVM, a Dessau Subsidiary, Receives AMF Authorization
Montreal, March 5, 2013 – Engineering firm Dessau announces that Quebec's Financial Market Regulator (AMF) has granted LVM, Dessau’s geotechnical, materials and environmental engineering subsidiary, the authorization to enter into public contracts and sub-contracts valued at $10M or more, in conformity with the Act respecting contracting by public bodies. As such, LVM Inc. is now entered in AMF’s register of business enterprises authorized by the AMF.
Obtaining this certificate is confirmation of the sound corporate management and governance practices put in place by the company, in fulfillment of the stringent requirements regarding ethics and integrity.
